How do I cancel or add to my order?
If you place an order online in error, or want to add something to an order you have already placed please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0844 499 0565 and quote the order number from your confirmation email.
Is your payment process secure?
Yes, we can assure you the payment section of our website is secure.
You may notice that the address bar will change the address from 'http' to 'https'. Depending on your browser settings, you may see a message notifying you of this.
You should also see a padlock symbol on secure pages. This appears once you have have clicked on the Checkout button and entered the Checkout, and is usually found next to the address bar in your browser, or in the footer bar.

I've subscribed to your mailing list but I don't seem to have received any email
To ensure that our emails don't get caught by a junk mail filter, please add @email.netdeco.co.uk to your safe senders list.
It is possible that if you haven't opened or clicked on a NetDeco email recently, we may have reduced the frequency of the emails we send to you.
Can my details be removed from your mailing list?
